Flew AMS-SFO yesterday on my first time on United in several years. I had a stuffed chicken dish after takeoff, and a cheeseburger before landing. The stuffed chicken was just ok, the burger was not very good. I was also surprised United still serves everything on a single tray, no menu, etc.

It's interesting that they still claim the single-tray dining is for COVID reasons. I almost exclusively fly Air Canada, who returned to multi-course dining several months ago - and Canada is a lot more restrictive than the US in terms of COVID policy.
