Same here, excellent service by Plat WA team for swapping a confirmed family member upgrade from points to vouchers, reply and all done in 10mins, absolutely awesome service. I don’t mind using WA/sharing whatever I possibly need to share regarding my contacts etc. with WA, maybe I’m stupid in that but in any case very happy with this new service channel
Completely agree. Very good experiences this far. Was able to make a semi-complex multi-city booking in no time through WA. Extremely pleasant service.
