in any case I can highly recommend AirPortr if you’re in the catchment area. Used it twice in the last month and we’ve been really impressed both times.
Silver, which at least gives extra options if there are queues.
We're in Sussex, so well outside the AirPortr area. I'd be very tempted to try it if it was available. Although we're staying overnight in Woking before the trip, that's (slightly surprisingly, given proximity to Heathrow) outside the area too.
