With the SLC club right next to the airport exit, I get the sense that it's actually quite common for folks to pop in for a snack/coffee/toilet break on their way out. We'll have to wait and see, but it may have a notable impact. I agree, SLC won't likely get a D1 hub.
You might be right.
Delta isn't likely cutting the benefit because no one does it after all. I just doesn't seem to me like something a lot of people would do, but that's probably because I rarely think about it.
