These were higher management brass (and one LAX station manager) discussing in detail and pointing out specifics, at the then early stages T3 construction to each other. Quite a bit more weight than the hearsay rumors you hear from staff when asking them; as they were discussing it amongst themselves quietly. I normally try to block people out when they talk around me, but I found it interesting as the conversation implied a done deal.
