I highly recommend Restaurant Astrid y Gaston, on Av Antonio Bellet took a taxi but location was off Providencia a few blocks west of Suecia.
We had perhaps the best ever meal ( for two) in South America, there for under $80 which inluded four courses plus dessert, after dinner cappucinnos and a very nice bottle of Malbec.
Cusine could be termed " eclectic " with a few unique Chilean and/or South American offerings.
