I've decided to give up my Amex Plat card and concentrate my spend on the TD Visa Infinite Privilege as I just couldn't justify the benefits with the Amex Plat card anymore after years of them eliminating feature and benefits (essentially the Amex Gold, TD Visa Infinite Privilege and SE status cover most of what I need). I'll miss the Centurion Lounge access in HKG, but with no travel there in the foreseeable future, I can't justify spending the $$$ on 2-3 Centurion lounge visits in LAS.

I did apply for the Priority Pass membership through the TD Visa Infinite website on April 20, and they said it would be delivered within 10-15 business days (I guess they technically have two more days remaining).

Some questions:

1. I have a flight to OGG via YVR on May 17. It looks like the Plaza Premium Lounge on the Transborder side is closed - does anyone know if the Plaza Premium Lounge on the International side will be accessible? I know I can do the ML Transborder Lounge but would prefer to visit the Plaza Premium lounge for part of the 5-hour layover (International ML is off-limits for transborder pax last time I went through.)
2. Has anyone else tried using just their TD Infinite Privilege Card to access the Plaza Premium Lounge on the D Concourse at YVR? (OP indicates it worked at Concourse B)
3. I haven't yet canceled my Amex Plat. card (am still within the 30 days to cancel after the AF is billed) and will need to do so by the 13th of May. Does anyone know if they cancel the Priority Pass immediately when the Amex is canceled? This would be the fallback in case my TD Visa Priority pass hasn't arrived in time.
