Agreed. The Staten IS EXPY will also lead you to a very crowded Belt Parkway or Gowanus Expy in Brooklyn. Then, you'll have to manage to cross one of the local bridges.

I still say that if you're leaving at 0700, you'll make NY before the serious afternoon traffic.

Don't ya love it when very passionate New Yorkers have a difference of opinion.
