I know you can get track logs (ie. GPX) for flights from flightaware but it only goes back a few months. flightradar24 seems to go back 3yrs if you use their most expensive subscription.
Are there any other services out there that provide this? perhaps free or going back further than 3yrs?

Just to be clear, I'm asking about the track logs (time, GPS point, altitude, speed, heading), not flight status data
