Champagne and chocolate are the standard amenity for all Smith members.
Room upgrade is the written benefit for GoldSmith members, which applies when you are IHG Diamond or Ambassador.

Not sure what your point is, but in this forum I'm sure people care about what benefits they get when staying at particular properties so I figured it's worth mentioning it in my post. It's not like I was complaining or something.

P.S. It's unclear why but I wasn't charged for breakfast when checking out.
