Just checked out of the hotel and wanted to share my thoughts. We had booked during Covid and unfortunately could not travel. Hotel was super flexible and managed the situation extremely well. 18 months later we were able to rebook. Originally had a Garden view room booked and a week before arrival was upgraded to a Pool Access Cabana. As a Gold at this time was very pleased. Hotel kindly checked me out after 4 days as it triggered PLT status for me.
Rooms are modern and spacious with good aircon and exceptionally good maid service.
Breakfast was a feast and service from the staff truly showed Thai hospitality to its utmost. Food for lunch and dinner was well priced and good quality. We had one issue with a Thai dish on one occasion but this was quickly remedied.
Location of the hotel is a little remote however during low ride the town is walkable and a local taxi back to the hotel is around B300.
I cannot express how well we were treated by the staff members from Senior Management to cleaners. This is an exceptional property and Marriott should be very proud.
Finished the stay and points posted within 24 hours taking me to Titanium.
I will add one downside which was out of the control of the hotel and that is there is construction work currently on process which at times can be very noisy so I would suggest if you look to book here check with them the status first
