There will no longer be a terminal C and a D - the new headhouse serves all four concourses: 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s (renamed from D, E, F, and G).

70s and 90s are new construction already integrated into the new structure. The new structure looks like it abuts into the 60s, so I imagine there will be an interior walkway even though the 60s are going to be rebuilt/heavily renovated during a future phase of construction. The 80s are where things are going to be "fun" for a while:

Seriously, the increasingly kafkaesque design of frankenconstruction LGA is testing my patience for putting up with terrible now for better later.
