Rant: Delay in Luggage by Lufthansa in FRA....Twice in 3 weeks

Flew from Singapore-Frankfurt, Frankfurt-Manchester on 19 April (turnaround time about 1.5 hours). One piece of luggage was delayed and didn't made it with me at Manchester. Registered the details at the airport and subsequently got back the luggage in London 48 hours later. Travel insurance compensated me for the delay so it soothed the frustrations a bit.

Flew from Paris-Frankfurt, Frankfurt-London (turnaround time about 1 hr) on a Star Alliance award ticket on 6 May and two pieces of luggage didn't make it to London. Courier has scheduled delivery for the luggage on 10 May. Hopefully my travel insurance will compensate again although they'll probably ask a bit more questions this time.

Sent feedback to Lufthansa on their online portal requesting for compensation of amenities and clothing. Have no idea how long or whether compensation will be forthcoming. Really disappointed with LH. Will plan for at least a three hour transit in FRA in the future...although if i'm given a choice, would rather avoid FRA.
