How long after canceling an award by phone should miles be redeposited in to the account? It's been six days and nothing. As usual, the "award redemption" team isn't available by phone and a "call back" never happens. They never even sent me a cancellation confirmation by e-mail.
have you paid miles redeposit fee or is the fee waived for you?
if not, miles are not automatically redeposited.
