The beginnings of a new feature.

I foresee two types of alerts:
1. Price alerts. This is likely going to be most useful when you've already booked something, but are open to different options, or want to know if the price dropped. To start, it will only work for a specific set of flights (i.e. you won't be able to say "I'll take anything cheaper on October 7").
2. Availability alerts. I want 2 F seats on SFO-NRT on August 8. Tell me if/when they become available.

I'm hoping this will actually reduce usage (and therefore, my costs), because rather than 50 people all searching SFO-NRT for August 8 every day, they can all just set an alert, and then only 1 search needs to be done every day, automatically.
