I just did it. But note this restriction: Updates to your address for any active account can only be completed online when the new account is within the 50 United States, is a US territory, or is a military APO/DPO/FPO address state AA, AE or AP. (The underlined word appears to be a typographical error. It should say "address". The form is formatted for USA addresses only.)
