i subscribed the IHG business reward over my personal IHG Diamond account

If I book 4 room for colleagues I understand I earn 3 points x $ for their expenses

do I earn for my room 10 points x $ + bonus points as Diamond elite ?

do I earn also any élite night more on the rooms booked for my colleagues? Or only the elite nights for my personal room ?
