Thinking back to all the fanfare that preceded the delivery of BA’s first A350, I just find it extremely sad that - once in possession of such a welcome addition to the fleet - they then manage to combine its operation with such a substandard level of service.

I have an ‘old-world’ greasy spoon transport caff not too far from me. I have occasionally (and very happily) made use of it, and hand-on-heart can say that the lovely staff there would not dare attempt to bring that sort of stuff to anyone’s table.
