Yeah those shady links are there to try to get people to pay a $150 'faciliation fee' for you, for them to do the 20 minute application on your behalf. Google is not your friend in these cases. Always go straight to the source, TTP website, CBP, CBSA...Although CBP websites can be terribly out of date too, some places still mention the old GOES webpage if I remember correctly.
