We use Navica / eMed, and my result (test taken 12.30am Central Euro Time) came back stamped with 11.30pm GMT/UTC on the official CLIA result, and - with wife in USA - she received/sent me the result with QR code stamped with USA time, also day before.
Two issues here - 1) Trustassure/CLX is lazy, and didn’t correlate with where I actually am, and 2) eMed is lazy, and didn’t care to adjust for local time.
Emed is really issue. FLYREADY/others have no way of knowing exactly what time zone you're test was done in. Most documents only states date/time, not timezone.
