No one here has responded; but my question was very much ON-topic:
does a completed rental, which was paid by FREE DAY+$3tax, generate 1 Reward Credit?
p.s. I recall over the years, someone here said a completed trip is a completed trip - no matter how it was paid - and gets 1 reward credit. My account received 1 rental credit for other rentals fully paid by free days; I've never had a completed rental show 0 reward credit. But this time, when I called Emerald Club 800-962-7070 about the missing credit, CSR says "FAQ notes, that rentals paid with Free Days don't get credit". He wasn't able to immediately find such quotation. Anyone here: who's correct?
