Received the $50 USD Marriott GiftCard for Elite members that they gave away in 2019. No expiration. "May be used at participating Marriott Bonvoy hotels and at participating hotel outlets for retail, spa, golf, and food and beverage."

I'll be in Paris here at the end of May 2022 and would like to use at the "best" hotel bar that participates in accepting the gift card, for a few drinks. Define "best" however you will - coolest scene, best drinks, location, view, etc.
1. Does anyone have any recommended options on where would be the best bar to check out?
2. And logistically how to ensure the hotel bar/restaurant participates? Just approach check-in/bar staff? Don't really care to be running round Paris finding a place that accepts. Cannot find any specific participation information.
