Years ago, over a span of a few years, I sent 2 or 3 certified letters by name to AmEx CEO (regarding denied SUBs). Each time I received a call (between 2 and 4 weeks later) from someone in the AmEx “Executive Office”. I believe they are the ultimate decider(s).
