Specifically booked for the 4 pm guarantee, since had a meeting at 2:30 the next day. I was denied. After an argument, they as a one time courtesy let us stay til 2. I called the titanium elite phone number, two times. Both reps said it's up to the manager if they want to be "participating properties" in the guarantee. I asked how do I know if a property is participating. He said I'd have to call the manager of the property. After many circular arguments I gave up and sent an email complaint. The rep also told me that I didn't get to choose a welcome amenity because "Residence inn already offers breakfast". Which makes no sense either but I've given up now. Also when I checked in I asked for a 2 queen room, was told it was available but that would be an "upgrade" abd the fee would be $15. I said aren't I supposed to get free upgrades when available but the girl was clearly not in charge so I let it go.
