With Global Entry and not connecting at EWR, I don't really care whether a flight comes into B or C. For non-GE US Nationals, I wonder if there is a higher percentage of non-US Nationals going through B with other nations' flag carriers, making C a better place to come into? As for B to C connection, it's a reasonably short walk outside without waiting for the AirTrain.
