We do like both modern/sleek hotels, and then the boutique style hotels, but the rest of the vacation will lean toward the latter (FS Tented Chiang Rai & Soneva Kiri), so maybe the Capella is more in keeping with the Bangkok/big city vibe, and a nice contrast to the other hotels.
