Perhaps a stupid question, but — should the (standard) 5k bonus miles show up when initiating the transfer from the Marriott site?

The transfer page still clearly states "we’ll add 5,000 miles for every 60,000 points you transfer," but when I click "Transfer Points" and enter 60000 points, it shows the result as 20000 miles, not 25000.

I'm transferring to AA, if it matters, though I seem to see the same issue with other airlines.
