So I was staying at a Marriott in Paris and to pay for teh stay I used the gifts cards I had bought at the start of Covid
However, the hotel manager said the "site has been down a week". They took my card #s but have been unable to check and use them.

anyone know a way to use these? It has been an additional week and they still say the "site is down".
