Mine is a simple domestic round trip. Applied PP on the only 2 eligible segments out of 4 (The other 2 are single-cabin).
No cash offer to be found, either via upgrade options, nor seat map, on the web site.
Trying the app, the "upgrade cabin" button yields "This reservation is not eligible to be upgraded".
The change seat function has all the front cabin seats grayed out.
