I flew LAX/LHR in Polaris today, my first time in Polaris (I am mostly flying DL/AF). It was a little strange… there was a paper menu which was nice, but the service was a little weird (the FAs were curt and just handed me the tablecloth, meal tray, etc).

I got the beef short rib, which unfortunately was barely above room temperature and quite tough for some reason. Couldn’t eat much of it but the pretzel roll was great at least!
