I think Emirates lounge will only be available for Qantas pax per the oneworld site

When are you travelling as Qatar is using DWC Al maktoum between 9 May 22nd June.

I think your choices are

BA lounge
Marhaba lounge
The Gallery & Cadiz lounge ( T3 for Qatar per the oneworld site)
