Please keep in mind this is Thailand. Things routinely change overnight.
I decided to purchase the FWD insurance from the Thai pass page just to be safe. It went thru and I printed the page that has the policy number and dates but did not recieve an e-mail as stated. Should the printed page be good and do they check it ?
Yes, the printed page should be sufficient. A month ago, all they checked was the Thailand Pass. They didn't ask to see any of the supporting documents on arrival.
I applied for the Thai Pass. I checked back 24 hours later using my locator code and it was approved. I printed out the QR code page and details. Once again no e-mail as stated. Is this e-mail necessary ?
As long as you have the single approval page with the QR code on it, you are fine.
And last , do you have to download the MorChana application anymore ?
No one checked. I had it, but never activated it.
