We're still assuming it's actually supposed to be quiche. I thought a quiche was supposed to have a pastry crust like the one they serve in domestic F. Maybe more like a frittata, though I couldnt taste any egg. Just some sort of extremely salty vegetable like substance. Also notice how clean the plate looks. Usually when food is heated, stuff leaks out. Every tray I could see going back to galley had well over half of it left on the plate. UA should just track that.

Maybe effective June 1st, they'll just remove it completely and only have the two potato wedges and sausage. Kind of like how they completely removed the dessert on the outbound.

Oh, I forgot to mention. there was a muffin in the package. One of the smallest I've ever seen.
