For the Netherlands I don't think that won't work for a lot of people because they have a 270 day "expiration period" for the vaccines sans booster. It seems ridiculously silly, but it's still in place. The DL/FlyReady site is misunderstanding it and assuming it also applies to boosters. The expiration period is suspended indefinitely, per NL Govt, with a booster.
