Without a receipt they wont reimburse you. In my situation our dog sitter doesn't give receipts. I explained that in my email but AS only reimbursed me for expenses with receipts. Took about a month.
I wonder how high-tech the receipt needs to be and if something hand-written or emailed could be acceptable in those instances.
