Funny, I'm on phone right now with UA. $800 unused eticket, doesn't show up in my account. When search by number can find, bit system won't apply it.

DL system requires SM number be associated with ticket for it to show up. Can't change that till you use it for next ticket -it can't just be added after issue

Are you entering a dash? Is the number 13 digits long starting with 006?
