I called to book and it was one of the most efficient experiences I've had in a long time. The agent booked each ticket against the respective account - each one was a RT exUSA. She confirmed that they were fully refundable on the phone. However, oddly, when I view MyTrip in our DL accounts, they say non-refundable. Not sure if that is because they are award travel but I assume the fully refundable rules apply. The entire call took less than 10 minutes.
