If so, what benefits would i have to keep it (that was the main reason), and wondering if i should replace it with another Chase product ?

Do any of the newer cards from Chase offer Flex PQP?

Honestly, I no longer care about UC membership anymore, since I can get a reimbursement from Plat AmEx on entry to the club
While you can no longer earn FPQPs, you can earn up to 10,000 PQPs toward 1K (way above all other cards) without the PQF restriction on those other cards.
You do get an upgrade list advantage over most other cards (except the Club card).
Any FPQPs you earned previously are expired, will expire next March or were earned prior to 2012 and don't expire. These are only good to Platinum.
If you don't charge enough to get more than a thousand or two PQPs and aren't flying enough to compete for 1K anyway, you might find that a different card better fits your needs.
No card offers FPQPs currently.
