I'm so unbelievably sick of getting screwed over by concert pre-sales. I have both an Amex Platinum and CSR cards. Any suggestions of which concierge would be better trying to get me tickets? Should I put both up to the task? Should I also be trying to get tickets as they are getting tickets? Not sure what success rate is with using the concierges for this type of thing. Thanks!
I have NEVER in all my years had any success with pre-sales through any concierge or even the pre-sale sites themselves. Too many bots take too many tickets.
