Well, sometimes a temporary "separation" is the right thing for a relationship while the erring party gets their priorities straightened out. Your loyalty may yet be rewarded someday, just not now, because BA has some soul searching to do. Meanwhile, you may enjoy some amazing new experiences. I'm really honestly more excited now about my planned train journeys then I ever was about going through customs at Heathrow, running, or waiting, to make a connecting flight, and even potentially having to go through security again. I just was going to do it because that is what we always do to be "efficient," but with the situation as it is right now, it's not even efficient, it's just needless suffering. I had to be forced to look outside the box, and I like what I found out there. Wishing you well on discoveries you may find as you look at those non-BA options!
