So we just stayed, April 27-30th. Lovely resort. The spa staff, services, and facilities were top notch. Ranger staff, dining staff and pool staff were amazing - 10/10 on all accounts. We did receive a proactive upgrade to a Canyon View room, which was lovely. I had seen on TA that others (gold member, plat) were also proactively upgraded.

Front desk staff missed the mark on almost everything. Unwelcoming, neglected to tell us about fitness classes/resort activities, when we asked for confirmation for spa and hike they told us we needed to go to each of those places separately to check (not a big deal and we didn't mind walking, but seemed odd???). When our room keys magically stopped working every day at 2:00 and we had to go get them fixed they made it seem like we were doing something wrong (you must have demagnetized them). No I'm sorry, let us help... just very curt and honestly quite rude. When we checked in at 1:30 - which we acknowledged was early and asked if we could just change into our pool wear and go down to relax, we were told oh no the room will be ready quite shortly. 3 hours later...

We stayed on points, but if I would have paid the 1200 a night price-tag for the baseline room, I probably would have been more annoyed. Overall super nice property, would definitely return. The hike with ranger Steve and spa were our two highlights!
