We had a one night stay recently. Since I was traveling with kids I booked the two bedroom room and that’s also what I received (no further upgrade possible). The rate was about 500AED all in, which was very reasonable. Apparently the hotel has a high occupancy due to many long term stay guests as many rooms have a kitchen (front office manager said at least 85 long term guest are currently staying there).

We took 500 points as Titanium bonus, or alternatively they offered some drinks. Room was really nice and spacious. Including a fully equipped kitchen. A few month back I stayed at the Marriott al Jaddaf but the Element room has given me a much nicer experience compared to the Marriott (although Element is a lower level hotel). The pool at the Element was nicer for example.

Something negative, well breakfast could be improved. However the staff was so kind to pack some bread and pastries so we could eat in the room (we arrived way after midnight).

And Al Jaddaf is a remote part of Dubai, so you always need a car or taxi to go somewhere. Although the Element has some nice green bikes guest can borrow for free. There is small supermarkt near the hotel as well as a Barber 2 min by bike away. So the basic needs are covered 😉

For a short stay this Element is definitely a recommended place.
