My wife and I each had three e-credits from cancelled trips. However, we each had only one appear on-line. When we started to fly again, I called and gave them the e-cert numbers that did not appear on=lie - all was fine. In fact, the leftover funds from one e-cert now appear on-line. I was concerned, but it seems DL has it together on this situation.
