I have a few questions and would appreciate some feedback

I decided to purchase the FWD insurance from the Thai pass page just to be safe. It went thru and I printed the page that has the policy number and dates but did not recieve an e-mail as stated. Should the printed page be good and do they check it ?

I applied for the Thai Pass. I checked back 24 hours later using my locator code and it was approved. I printed out the QR code page and details. Once again no e-mail as stated. Is this e-mail necessary ?

And last , do you have to download the MorChana application anymore ?
