In app you select apply credits on payment section.
On delta.com , select use ecredits. Then in the box select search by ecredit number. This should be the eticket number (unless you've used some of it for another ticket) of the flights you originally booked. You can apply i believe 3 or 5 of these per online transaction. Note you can only apply funds to new ticket for same passenger. Ie if have $3000 fund per passenger and one passenger ticket costs $1500 and the other persons $4500, you'll need to pay $0 on first and $1500 cash on 2nd. You can't apply $1500 leftover from passenger 1 to passenger 2 ticket.
