Comments: asked via chat and then at the desk about upgrades. Several minutes later, sorry we don't have anything, but we have you staying on the 10th floor. Not a big deal but was pleasantly surprised to have the exterior view. El train noise is practically unnoticeable. Just asked for a slightly late checkout (leaving today) and was immediately granted!

Ironically this property was $1 less (before taxes/fees) per night than the W across the street. When I told my team that, nearly all of them switched here
