MingHin Cuisine: (in no particular order) pork dumpling, chicken with mixed vegetables, shrimp spring roll (amazing!), crab rangoon (not to be confused with crab raccoon), "chicken on a stick", Chinese broccoli, bok choy, shrimp with mixed vegetables, shrimp in lobster sauce, custard cake. All served family style and we were encouraged to try a tiny bit of everything.
Tuesday breakfast at the JW exec lounge: eggs, turkey sausage, oatmeal, cantaloupe
Tuesday morning snack (catered at the office): roasted potatoes, McIntosh apple
Tuesday lunch (catered at the office): chicken breast with asparagus and lemon, salad with diced sweet potatoes, mixed vegetables,
Pequod's deep dish pizza (just a couple of bites)
Afternoon snack: McIntosh apple
Tuesday dinner at
Gene & Georgetti: prosciutto and arugula, wedge salad with bacon, "Chicken Joe" (half chicken with bell peppers and pepperoncinis... though I only ate one drumstick and some of the peppers), roasted potatoes
Wednesday breakfast at the JW exec lounge: scrambled eggs, oatmeal, turkey sausage
Wednesday lunch (catered at the office): salad, chicken parm (I split a piece of chicken with a stranger, but I scraped the breading and cheese off mine), more salad
Wednesday dinner at
Capri of Downers Grove: pollo oreganato (chicken breast with lemon oregano sauce), roasted potatoes, salad
Wednesday dessert at the JW exec lounge: miniature lemon meringue tarts
Whew!
Today's breakfast at the JW exec lounge: scrambled eggs, one slice of bacon, one turkey sausage link, cantaloupe, watermelon, overnight oats (didn't finish, wasn't a fan)
