I opened 3 cards with them this year and will be going back to Chase. This maybe the worst customer service period. No one should have to hold for 3+ hours for a simple payment.
That's why I refuse to call them unless it's an emergency. I went through 3 reps over several months just to get my mailing address change. Even though I made them read back the address I provided it still was inputted wrong each time and was not listed as a "mailing address". I've lost Amex offers/credits because they don't post and I refuse to call them to fix it because they're worthless.
