I can see the OP’s point here, one would get lounge access when flying First or Business regardless of FF status so saying Lounge access when travelling in First or Business class is not showing a benefit, the benefit should be lounge access when flying in any class, not just first or business.

I suspect this is an error rather than a back-door way of introducing a significant devaluation of Silver/Sapphire status.
