Well, you certainly won't find any eggs to order in the club lounge, not even at the Grand Hyatt.
Here's Crowne Plaza Narita:
Don't see any made to order eggs there. Gun to my head, I'd take Caffe over that, but would certainly take that over Hyatt Regency Tokyo club lounge breakfast.
